About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Control Engineer to lead quality governance, compliance, and site inspections for major infrastructure initiatives. This role requires an expert expatriate professional capable of managing diverse teams and maintaining world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Quality Control Procedures (QCP).
Lead site inspections, material approvals, and manage NCR/CAPA processes.
Liaise directly with client representatives, consultants, and third-party auditors.
Oversee comprehensive quality reporting and technical documentation.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive QC/QA experience in heavy civil, rail, or mega infrastructure projects.
Skills: Deep knowledge of international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO 9001).
Attributes: Strong leadership skills in multicultural environments; excellent technical English.
