🛠️ Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust the bending machine (such as Durma machines or similar) with high precision.
Read and understand engineering drawings and shop drawings of the products.
Select the appropriate knives and punches and dies for each thickness and bending angle.
Inspect the quality of the bent parts and ensure they conform to the required specifications and dimensions.
Perform routine, simple maintenance of the machine and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in metal bending and forming.
Full knowledge of CNC control screens and programming (preferred).
Ability to accurately read measuring instruments (vernier caliper/micrometer).
Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
