The ideal candidate will support the procurement department in handling purchasing activities, supplier coordination, documentation, and tracking material deliveries to ensure smooth project and operational support.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase tracking logs
• Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely coordination with project/site teams
• Support procurement engineers and managers in day-to-day procurement activities
• Assist in preparing comparison sheets and procurement reports
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation standards
✅ Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the construction/contracting industry
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Urdu and Hindi, will be considered an advantage
