Identify and develop new business opportunities in project sites (mechanical & civil)
Generate leads and secure contracts for equipment rental and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers
Visit project sites regularly to understand client requirements and promote services
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Track market trends and identify potential business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales/business development in construction, industrial, or rental services
Strong network in project sites, contracting companies, or industrial sectors
Good knowledge of mechanical, civil, and equipment rental services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel to project sites
