• Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese food items.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Prepare ingredients including seafood, rice, sauces, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper food storage procedures.
• Follow company recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality food preparation.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience as Sushi Chef or Japanese Cuisine Chef.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail preferred.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
