Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee files
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Bahrain Labour Law
Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related queries
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents
Support visa, LMRA, GOSI, and other administrative HR processes
Assist in employee engagement and training activities
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of HR experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Candidate
Experience handling HR operations in Bahrain
Familiarity with LMRA and GOSI procedures
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
