The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR operations while ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain Labour Law
Support HR documentation and employee records management
Assist with visa, LMRA, and GOSI-related processes when required
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using job portals and recruitment platforms
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Candidate
Experience recruiting in Bahrain or GCC region
Familiarity with LMRA and GOSI procedures
Arabic language skills are an advantage
