Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical works at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP installation, site execution, testing & commissioning, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical and electrical site works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and low-current system installations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure work execution complies with safety and quality standards.
Review drawings, BOQ, and technical documents before execution.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Resolve technical issues and provide site solutions.
Monitor material delivery and site manpower.
Ensure project completion within the timeline and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MEP site execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience in testing & commissioning.
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
