A leading organization in the Electrical Transmission & Distribution EPC sector is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Project Group Owner to lead and manage multiple EPC projects across India.
🔹 Position: Project Group Owner
🔹 Designation: Sr. Manager / DGM
🔹 Experience Required: 12–17 Years
🔹 Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering
🔹 Additional Qualification: PGD / MBA in Project Management or PMP Certification preferred
🔹 Industry: Electrical T&D EPC
🔹 CTC Range: INR 15 LPA – 25 LPA
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple EPC projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
• Develop project execution strategies and resource planning
• Monitor project performance, project risks, and financials regularly
• Handle client relationships and manage project-related escalations
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, contracts, and site execution teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive profitability and cost optimization across assigned projects
• Manage billing, contracts, claim management, and project commercial activities
• Lead large cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution
🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in Electrical EPC projects, especially Substation & Distribution projects
• Proven expertise in handling multiple projects with P&L responsibility
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
• Sound knowledge of contracts, billing, and claim management
• Experience working on Utility / DISCOM projects such as RDSS / IPDS preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
