A leading construction company, China Railway, is seeking a highly experienced and qualified HSE Training Manager to join our team for prestigious construction projects.
📌 Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE Training Management
• Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects
• Mandatory experience in 4 & 5 Star Hotel Projects
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
⚠️ Important:
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5 Star Hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE training programs for all project staff and workers
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international safety standards
• Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Maintain HSE training records, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with project management to improve safety awareness and performance
• Investigate incidents and provide corrective/preventive action training
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
