Reports To: Workshop Supervisor / Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Commissioning
• Install and commission machinery, electrical systems, and equipment supplied by EWC at client sites.
• Perform functional testing, calibration, and safety checks to ensure proper setup and operation.
• Provide clients with demonstrations and guidance on safe and effective equipment use.
2. Maintenance & Repairs
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults involving electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.
• Replace defective parts, adjust settings, and ensure restored functionality to manufacturer standards.
3. Service & Client Support
• Respond to client service requests, including breakdowns and planned maintenance visits.
• Provide technical guidance on operation, care, and troubleshooting of supplied equipment.
• Coordinate with the Service Supervisor and Coordinator for scheduling and task execution.
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and job sheets for all service activities.
• Record spare parts usage and report recurring technical issues.
5. Compliance & Safety
• Follow company safety policies and local regulatory standards during all service activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and immediately report hazards or unsafe practices.
• Ensure all service work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
6. Team & Organizational Support
• Assist senior engineers in complex installations or major repairs when required.
• Participate in technical training to continually improve knowledge and stay updated with new equipment.
• Support workshop or related tasks as assigned to strengthen after-sales operations.

Educational & Professional Requirements
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Hands-on technical experience with electrical equipment, with working knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
