The AMAAD Office Services Division is responsible for the leasing and operational management of office space at AMAAD, supporting over 5,000 office users. The division ensures 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities through inspections, maintenance coordination, and user interactions. It manages logistics, including receiving and checking materials, and handles project logistics during scheduled shutdowns. The division oversees janitorial services, parking management, and serves as the first response team during emergencies and incidents. It also facilitates the distribution of giveaways and important announcements, coordinates AC, underground, fire systems, elevator, electrical, and preventive maintenance with FSD, and manages sanitation and gardening services in coordination with FSD and CCSD. Additionally, the division collaborates with FRPD, FSD, CCSD, and LPD to address Quality Safety Inspections (QSI), manages all equipment and assets, and implements various projects to enhance operational performance.
The Supervisor Building II is primarily responsible for supervising Building Services Unit activities related to building operations and maintenance in an assigned office complex. This includes providing supervision and guidance to assigned employees, communicating with users, evaluating buildings and assets, coordinating maintenance activities, reporting unit performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business and Management, Engineering, or a High School diploma/Diploma.
You must have a minimum of eleven years of experience if you hold a High School diploma or Diploma.
You must have a minimum of three years of experience if you hold a Bachelor’s degree, including at least one year in a building supervisory role.
A working knowledge of shop crafts work, scheduling, and control is required.
Knowledge of company systems, procedures, and budget preparation is required.
You must be able to read and interpret basic office layouts, building and equipment specifications, and manuals.
Knowledge of building facilities, mechanical systems, chillers, and electrical rooms is necessary.
Work Permit certification as an Issuer is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
