🛠️ Role 1: Lift Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks on various lift models.
Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical faults.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and passenger entrapments.
Replace worn-out parts and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
Diploma or Technical ITI/Certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of hands-on experience in elevator/lift maintenance and troubleshooting.


Salary: Market Standard competitive monthly pay (Depend on experience) + Overtime Allowances.

⚙️ Role 2: Lift Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex diagnostic testing, programming, and advanced electrical/PLC troubleshooting.
Manage a team of technicians, schedule preventative maintenance, and review technical reports.
Supervise modernization and major repair projects.
Ensure all operations align strictly with national engineering and lifting safety standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
4+ years of experience in lift engineering with strong diagnostic skills (PLC/Control panels).
Excellent leadership, project management, and reporting skills.
