Urgent requirements for BIM
Job Title BIM Electrical Engineer
Industry Constuction
Location Red Sea, Umluj
Qualifications "Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Familiarity with electrical systems design (lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, etc.)
Understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and LOD requirements
Knowledge of international standards and project specifications"
Experience Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects is required.
Key Responsibilities "Develop and manage 3D BIM models for electrical systems
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for clash detection and resolution
Prepare and review shop drawings and detailed BIM models
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and LOD requirements
Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions
Extract quantities and prepare documentation from BIM models
Support site teams with as-built models and drawing updates
Maintain BIM data and ensure version control"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2026
