The French Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality French language instruction to students, developing lesson plans, improving student communication skills in French, and maintaining an engaging and interactive classroom environment. The candidate must also be proficient in English communication for academic coordination and school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach French language to students as per school curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in French
• Conduct assessments, exams, and track student progress
• Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents in English
• Participate in school meetings, events, and academic programs
• Ensure proper academic reporting and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in French Language or Education
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum relevant teaching experience in schools (preferably international curriculum)
• Strong command of French language (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to international school teaching standards
