We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality and catering sector, building sustainable strategic partnerships, and effectively managing the sales team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development & Revenue Growth:
Formulate and execute comprehensive annual sales plans for catering services and events, aligned with company objectives.
Establish and achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets to drive market share growth.
Conduct market research to identify new segments and sales opportunities (corporates, government entities, VIPs, and luxury weddings).
2. Business Development & Partnership Building:
Establish and develop strong, sustainable business relationships with corporate clients, event planners, specialized agencies, and government entities.
Manage commercial negotiations and close high-value contracts, agreements, and long-term partnerships.
3. Leadership & Team Management:
Manage, guide, and train the sales team to enhance their efficiency and develop their skills.
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and continuously monitor their performance to ensure sales targets are met.
