Looking for a professional and organized Female Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling administrative tasks both remotely and in-office when required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Coordinate meetings and maintain records
Handle office correspondence and filing systems
Support HR and accounting administrative tasks when needed
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional appearance and attitude
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
