Typical Responsibilities
Install elevator and escalator equipment and control systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
Repair or replace motors, cables, brakes, sensors, and control panels
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls
Maintain service records and technical documentation
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and building management
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or confined spaces
