• Monitor installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure service quality and SLA compliance
• Coordinate with operations and technical departments
• Support team performance and productivity improvement
🔹 Requirements
• Valid HUA TL Card
• Experience in Fixed Network / Telecom field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle site-related issues effectively
• Knowledge of TX, DWDM, FTTH, GPON, OSP, or telecom operations preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of OTDR, VFL, installation, power-up, integration, and PATs
