Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia (Candidate should be in Jubail or nearby for interview)

Hayat Advance Inspection Est. provides QA/QC inspection and technical support services for the Construction, Oil & Gas, and Pipeline industries across Saudi Arabia. As a recognized Saudi Aramco 3rd Party Inspection agency, the company ensures quality, safety, and compliance with international standards. It also offers specialized PID and GIS mapping services for efficient asset management and facility documentation.


Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems.
Prepare, organize, and update reports, invoices, and official documents.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper document control procedures.
Handle emails, correspondence, and document distribution.
Maintain confidential records and ensure documentation accuracy.
Support office administration and coordinate daily office activities.
Handle calls, correspondence, and communication with clients.


Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience in office coordination or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
The candidate must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience in Contracting company is a plus.

Tools:
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
