Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Add new products to the website with accurate details and pricing
• Update stock availability on the online store
• Upload and manage product images on the website
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist with order-related issues
Requirements:
• Candidate must currently be based in Saudi Arabia
• Basic computer and mobile application skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
