Position:
HR Manager / HR Assistant
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle recruitment, attendance, leave management, and employee records
Familiarity with Bahrain labor law is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR and administrative activities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll support
Handle employee relations and HR correspondence
Support management in HR policies and procedures
