Key Responsibilities
• Track and control project materials from client and company sources.
• Coordinate material receiving, inspection, and issuance activities.
• Follow up material requests, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Site teams.
• Maintain accurate material records and reporting.
• Monitor material shortages, surplus, and non-moving items.
• Ensure compliance with project and client material procedures.
• Prepare material status reports and support inventory accuracy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in material control or warehouse operations.
• Experience handling Saudi Aramco materials and documentation preferred.
• Familiar with ERP systems, material tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
