HR Officer Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance records.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Handle employee complaints and workplace issues professionally.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Support payroll and benefits administration activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and office support to management and staff.
Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Organize files, records, and important documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Assist in coordinating daily office operations smoothly.
Welcome visitors and guide them accordingly.
Support different departments with administrative tasks.
Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.
