We have an opportunity with one of our client in Riyadh , Saudi for the position of Asst. Office Manager.

Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the financial services sector.

Job Location : Riyadh

Qualification: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations & ensure smooth admin workflow
• Supervise admin team supporting Investment & Operations teams.
• Handle scheduling, travel, meetings, and correspondence for senior management
• Maintain records & ensure compliance with local regulations
• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, vendors, and govt liaison
• Lead employee onboarding & manage HR documentation
• Support Investment/MIS teams with presentations & admin tasks

• Candidates should be from Saudi with transferable iqama
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
