🏗️ Position: Lifting Supervisor
China Railway is looking for a highly experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our construction team for high-rise building and luxury hotel projects.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor
• Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building projects
• Experience in 4-Star / 5-Star Hotel construction projects is required
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane activities, and safety regulations
• Valid certifications related to lifting supervision will be an advantage
• Candidates without high-rise building experience will NOT be considered
📌 Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site
• Ensure lifting operations are carried out safely and according to approved lifting plans
• Inspect cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories before operations
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and lifting procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting activities
• Monitor lifting operations for high-rise construction works
• Report and resolve any unsafe conditions or lifting-related issues on site
• Maintain proper documentation and lifting records
