🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on contract signing and provide operational support to shops
• Monitor CSP station daily performance (FDDS, Weekly Batches & Audits)
• Coordinate with CSP teams regarding abnormal inventory cases
• Monitor daily DA capacity and operational readiness
• Share forecasts with CSP teams to align operational plans
• Follow up and resolve customer service complaints with CSP partners
• Identify operational gaps and train CSP teams to improve performance
• Manage franchisee relationships and support business growth initiatives
✅ Requirements
• Experience in Last Mile logistics operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Franchisee management experience is preferred
• Having franchisee resources/network is an advantage
• Quick-thinking with strong execution capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Salary : 3500-4000
