A leading strategic energy program in the Kingdom is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Project Manager to support high‑value rotating equipment projects across brownfield and upgrade environments.
This role is based at a major turbomachinery service hub supporting critical assets for one of the region’s most prestigious operators.

????️ Key Responsibilities
???? Lead full‑cycle execution of aftermarket turbomachinery projects - from order intake to invoicing.
???? Develop execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource alignment.
???? Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong control over revenue recognition and delivery milestones.
???? Coordinate with engineering, proposals, procurement, and service teams to ensure seamless execution.
???? Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
???? Drive change management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
???? Provide lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
???? Candidate Profile
???? Technical Degree (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred).
???? 5+ years of Project Management experience in rotating equipment / turbomachinery aftermarket.
???? Strong understanding of compressors, expanders, accessory systems, and related technologies.
????️ Proven experience managing stakeholders in complex industrial environments.
???? Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and team‑leadership capabilities.
????️ Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
???? PMP certification is an advantage.
???? Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems is beneficial.
???????? In‑Kingdom candidates preferred.
???? Preferred Backgrounds
Professionals with experience in global rotating equipment OEMs / service providers tend to excel in this environment.
