LABOUR CAMP BOSS - EXPECTED SALARY 2000 - IMMIDIATE JOINER

I have over 24 years of total work experience, including 7 years in the UAE retail sector, along with 3 years of dedicated experience as a Camp Boss with Natarajan Manufacturers.

During my experience as a Camp Boss, my responsibilities included:

Managing daily camp operations and accommodation facilities

Supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and catering activities

Handling room allocation and maintaining occupancy records

Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the camp

Coordinating transportation and staff requirements

Maintaining discipline and resolving employee concerns

Monitoring inventory and camp supplies

Liaising with management and contractors for smooth camp operations

My long professional background has helped me develop strong organizational, administrative, and team management skills. I am confident in handling camp operations efficiently while ensuring employee welfare and smooth coordination.

Currently, I am on a visit visa in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

I do not have camp boss UAE experience nor NEBOSH,or Haccp certificate but i am aware camp operation at azizi group,marwan group few others,thats the reason i kept my expectation low however i am disciplined and STRICT camp boss and i believe 2500 is perfect bill of my caliber.

Expected Salary 2000/- Managers keep replying i dont have UAE or Gulf camp boss experience perhaps my expectation can reconsider.

Visa Status: Visit Visa,I shall keep renewing till i get job not giving up so easilybto get camp boss job.
