What you will do:
Operate the OYANG16-A400 paper bag machine during your shift.
Perform size changeovers between bag dimensions using the MCGS control panel and manual.
Load and thread paper rolls through the feed system correctly.
Monitor bag quality — dimensions, handle attachment, glue bonding
Record output counts, waste quantities, and downtime events per shift.
Perform basic and first-level preventive maintenance.
Follow size-change SOPs and achieve changeover timing target.
Report machine faults, alarms, and quality issues immediately to supervisor.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3-year experience operating a paper bag machine.
Able to read and follow a digital HMI touchscreen control panel (experience with MCGS, Siemens, or any PLC-based system is a plus)
Basic mechanical sense — understanding of rollers, tension, cutting, and folding mechanisms
Physically able to stand for full shift, lift paper rolls, and work in a manufacturing environment
Willing to follow safety rules
