HSE Officer

My name is Zeeshan. I am an experienced Safety Officer with strong hands-on experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) across construction and industrial projects. My main responsibility is to ensure a safe working environment, prevent accidents, and implement company HSE policies in line with international standards such as OSHA, NEBOSH, and client requirements.
I conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure proper risk assessments (RA/JSA) and method statements are followed. I actively monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures to control unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
My duties include incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). I also prepare and maintain HSE reports including daily, weekly, and monthly safety documentation.
I supervise high-risk activities such as lifting operations, hot work, electrical work, scaffolding, and confined space entry to ensure full compliance with safety standards. I also conduct toolbox talks and safety training to promote awareness among workers and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
My goal is to maintain a zero-incident workplace and continuously improve safety performance across all operations.
