Key Responsibilities:
* Record and maintain financial transactions and accounting entries in Zoho
* Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts
* Support accounts receivable and payable activities
* Prepare financial reports and assist management with financial data
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
* Filling of VAT and Zakat & withholding Tax
* Coordinate with auditors and complete the yearly audit.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (Saudi experience)
* Knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books)
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work part-time and manage tasks independently
* Arabic and English communication skills preferred
