Business Development Executive

EPIC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team and support the expansion of our consultancy and training services business.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
✅ Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations
✅ Promote company consultancy, training, and certification support services
✅ Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
✅ Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

✔️ Nationality: Open to all nationalities
✔️ Gender: Male / Female
✔️ Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
✔️ Experience in consultancy, training, ISO, QHSE, or corporate services is an advantage
✔️ Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
🚗 Valid Driving License – Mandatory
🚙 Own Vehicle – Mandatory
