I always thought toll-free numbers were just for big companies. Turns out they're pretty accessible now and they do make a difference. After setting one up through TrustCall PBX, I noticed customers were more willing to call especially for longer queries they might have otherwise sent via email.The number was active quickly, forwarding was easy to configure, and it routes straight into my existing TrustCall PBX setup. No separate system to manage.
