We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our Projects Engineering Department at our office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The role involves reviewing sales orders and customer project specifications, coordinating project requirements across internal teams, and working closely with the Sales, Production, and Engineering departments to ensure timely document approvals and successful on-time project delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
Review Sales Orders and Technical Offers.
Arrange internal and external KOM (Kick-Off Meetings) with customers and internal stakeholders, and issue meeting reports accordingly.
Prepare RFQs for bought-out items.
Prepare document lists and send project introduction emails to customers.
Prepare action lists and allocate activities to internal stakeholders.
Review and validate engineering documents prior to customer submission.
Maintain VDDR and project logs for effective project tracking.
Prepare and monitor project schedules in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with customers and arrange meetings for document approvals.
Follow up internally to ensure product delivery as per the project committed delivery date (CDD).
