We are looking for an experienced and professional Hospitality Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations at a reputed hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, ensuring excellent client relations, and handling overall daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across hotel premises
• Supervise housekeeping staff, attendance, scheduling, and deployment
• Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and professional conduct
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality control
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Handle client communication and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with hotel management for operational requirements and service improvements
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and inventory usage
• Train and guide staff on service standards and safety procedures
• Prepare operational reports and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly
Requirements:
• 5+ experience in hotel housekeeping management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and client handling abilities
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and safety practices
• Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
Preferred:
• Experience working in reputed hotels or hospitality groups
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Administration, Arts or Any relavant.
• Available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
