Position: Civil Foreman / Supervisor (Earthwork & Road Works)
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil construction works.
Strong experience in earthwork, base course preparation, and asphalt works.
Ability to supervise site labor, equipment, and daily operations efficiently.
Knowledge of grading, leveling, compaction, and base course laying procedures.
Ability to follow project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Good leadership and coordination skills with site engineers and project teams.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage earthwork activities including excavation, grading, and compaction.
Oversee base course spreading, leveling, and asphalt preparation works.
Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, and equipment usage.
Ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications.
