- General Ledger (GL) management, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management, supplier reconciliation, and customer aging control
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Experience with trade finance: LC and cross-border payments
- Inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and costing for manufacturing/packaging operations
- Fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and asset tagging
- Strong command of ERP systems (ERPnext / Tally Prime)
Taxation & Compliance (KSA)
- VAT return filing, WHT computation, and ZATCA portal submissions
- E‑invoicing Phase 1 & Phase 2 compliance (integration-ready)
- Handling ZATCA audits, clarifications, and compliance documentation
- Experience with cross-border transactions (KSA, Jordan, Egypt, Africa)
- Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, Mudad, and ZATCA requirements
Reporting & Analysis
- Monthly MIS reporting for management
