Total Experience: Over 25 Years
â?¢ Procurement & Expediting: 17 + years, leading sourcing, vendor management, expediting, strategic procurement, for
EPC, LSTK projects, involving long-lead, engineered and bulk items and various types of services and specialty SOW to
be done by Sub Contractors. The Clients included Saudi Aramco, Qatar Chemicals, Qatar Petroleum, SABIC, Qatar Gas
and AGOCO on shore and Tanker Pacific Ship Management in Singapore on board Oil Tankers.
â?¢ Project Execution: Extensive experience managing multi discipline teams on Oil and Gas, Petro Chemical, infrastructure
projects on site and Marine projects while sailing and in Dry Docks ensuring on time and in budget delivery.
â?¢ Commissioning and start up: Over 10 years executing plant commissioning, system integration, FAT, SAT, TPI, and
operational readiness for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The jobs included but were not
limited to
â?¢ installation of Chemical dosing pump skid for Boiler water treatment, Evaporator water treatment for Saudi
Aramco project in Safaniyah area KSA. Treatment of other Closed cooling water systems for jacket cooling of
Generator engines, main engines, heavy duty reciprocating compressors.
â?¢ Integration of Fresh Fire water and Sea Fire Water pipelines for Qatar Gas Co.
â?¢ Installation, testing and commissioning of FDAS and Security systems, Access control systems.
â?¢ Supply and Installation of Vibration monitoring systems from Bentley Nevada for Centrifugal Gas Compressors.
â?¢ Supply installation of Acoustic Leak Detection Systems on Crude Pipe Lines.
â?¢ Maintenance of refrigerating systems, replacements of items like pipes and fittings including instruments, valves, filters
on piping in the plant utilities and process side.
â?¢ Involved in commissioning and firing of boilers used to support sub systems like instrument air distribution
system, Natural gas metering system, Nitrogen Distribution to utility area, Fuel Gas distribution to Utility area on
SAMSUNG APOCH Project for Saudi Aramco in Jubail KSA.
â?¢ Witnessing FAT for Diesel Generators, taking observations for safe operating parameters, like Exhaust
temperatures of each unit, peak pressures, cooling water temperatures at inlet and out let of coolers, lube oil
temperature, lube oil viscosity at inlet and outlet, web deflections, over load Trip conformance etc.

compressors, boilers, steam turbines, turbochargers, heat exchangers like condensers, atmospheric and vacuum, HVAC,
valves, sealing systems, pipes and fittings, instrumentation and control systems, electric motors, generator engines,
evaporators, tanks ,wellhead equipment like Christmas tree, hangers, valves, specialty chemicals likes degreasers,

approval of technical and commercial documents.
â?¢ Sales & Business Development Experience: 9 years Sales & Service of Industrial products to Clients like Saudi
Aramco, SABIC, Petrochemical Plants, Desalination Plants, EPC contractors. Water Treatment Chemicals, on site Water
Analysis, spares supply on Deutsche Babcock turbines, Chemical dosing pumps/skids Supply, Install, Testing and
Commissioning.
Saudi European Petrochemical Plant (Ibn- Zahr) for 3 months Shut down project in Jubal- Saudi Arabia.
â?¢ Merchant Marine Experience: 3 years sailing on board Oil Tankers, watch keeping in engine room, maintenance and
repair work on auxiliary equipment and main engine, boilers, generators, fire pumps, steam turbines, turbo chargers,
pumps, compressors, freshwater generator etc.
â?¢ Dry-dock Experience: stack replacement, Main Sea Water pump replacement. Hull repair, out board valve
replacement, Sand blasting, Painting, Hydro jetting, replacement of tube bundles for Atmospheric Condensers
Industrial Sector Exposure: Worked across Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream), Petrochemical, Marine,
Infrastructure and Civil Construction projects on EPC and LSTK projects globally in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Libya,
Bahrain and USA.
