Technical Cum Sales Office Coordinator (AutoCAD)

leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial steel grating, stair treads, and structural fabrication products. We serve major players across the construction, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Sales Office Coordinator with strong AutoCAD skills to bridge the gap between our commercial sales team and our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
•Technical Drafting: Create accurate 2D AutoCAD layout drawings, cutting plans, and panel submittals for client approval.
•Estimation & Quoting: Read structural blueprints to perform material take-offs (MTO), calculating steel weights and surface areas to generate competitive price quotes.
•Order Processing: Convert confirmed client orders into internal manufacturing work orders and cutting schedules.
•Client & Factory Liaison: Coordinate directly with outdoor sales engineers, clients, and plant production managers to ensure on-time delivery.

What We Are Looking For
•Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Technical Drafting, or a related industrial field.
•Technical Skill: Advanced proficiency in 2D AutoCAD is strictly required. You must be able to read and interpret complex structural engineering drawings.
•Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, estimation, or drafting within steel fabrication, sheet metal, or building materials.
•Software: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (for calculations).
•Attributes: High attention to detail to avoid costly material wastage, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
