🔎 Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and organized Manpower & HR Operations Specialist to manage workforce deployment, HR coordination, and client-facing activities. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on HR operations experience, and the ability to represent the company professionally during client meetings.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
Manage daily manpower deployment and workforce scheduling.

Maintain attendance, timesheets, and employee records.

Coordinate onboarding, documentation, Iqama renewals, and HR compliance tasks.

Handle employee issues, grievances, and operational HR support.

Conduct client meetings, gather manpower requirements, and provide updates.

Prepare job orders, contracts, and manpower reports.

Ensure smooth communication between clients, field staff, and internal teams.

Support recruitment teams with manpower forecasting and mobilization.

Monitor staff performance, leave, overtime, and availability.

🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years experience in manpower coordination or HR operations (Saudi experience preferred).

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to conduct professional client meetings and represent the company.

Good knowledge of HR documentation and Saudi labor processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
