Inspects the building systems on daily basis, fulfils the daily checklist, raises work requests in CAFM in case of any anomalies noticed.
Monitors PPM and CM progress, ensures works are done as per agreed KPIs.
Recommends purchase of critical spare parts and consumables in a timely manner.
Carries out thermal scanning of the equipment, building envelope on monthly basis.
Identifies potential points of failure in HVAC/Mech systems, or leaks in building envelope and liaises with Civil Engineer to fix.
