I am an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with over 5 years of experience in Support Project in Installing, Configuring, applying support package and patches, Perform daily Monitoring of SAP System escalation of issues and report the system status and incidents.

Responsibilities I got assigned during Support Project:
-> Maintenance of SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver 7.5 , CRM, SRM, BW , GRC systems.
-> System installed on OS Platforms: Windows Server, SUSE Linux
->In SAP HANA DB – perform backup and recovery, as per client request for high availability performed replication and monitored the database by HANA Studio & Cockpit manager.
->As a part of customisation and changes to standard repository by ABAP team i Imported the transport request across the landscape and Client copies for every 3 months.
->Maintain lock and unlock during upgrade and update in User admin, scheduling the background jobs.
->Applying Kernel & Support Package upgrades (SPAM/SAINT/SNOTE) as per OS and DB Compatibility and other issues.
->SWP tool to perform System Copy, System Refresh as per client requirement and EHP & SPS upgrades via SUM tool
->Checking the RFC connection test for the connection across the landscape
->24x7 shift support as per the during the issues with P1 tickets, daily health checks of SAP system, Managing the incidents.
