China Railway is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Site Mechanical Engineer for high-profile projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Site Mechanical Engineer
Mandatory experience in:
High-rise buildings
4-star and 5-star hotel projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems installation
Ability to manage site execution, coordination, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Candidates without high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all mechanical works at the construction site
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and approved drawings
Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues on-site

Only candidates with relevant high-rise and luxury hotel project experience should apply.
