Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader who can oversee daily operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure smooth coordination across all operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team

* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments

* Monitor staff performance, schedules, attendance, and compliance with company policies

* Coordinate with management to implement operational plans and improvements

* Ensure smooth workflow, problem-solving, and operational consistency

* Handle all tasks related to operations management and team control

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role

* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent organizational and communication abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

* Experience in the same field will be very helpful and highly preferred
