Requirements:
Good knowledge of video games, consoles, and gaming accessories
Familiar with PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC gaming
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to recommend games and products based on customer needs
Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)
Experience in sales or gaming stores is preferred
Active on social media and comfortable with live sales is a plus
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store and online
Recommend games, accessories, and offers
Handle trade-ins and pre-owned products
Arrange and organize shelves/products
Support live sales and promotional events
Maintain excellent customer experience
