My name is Mubashar Hassan, and I hold a PhD with postdoctoral research experience in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science, specializing in Poultry Science. My academic and research background integrates animal nutrition, molecular biology, and immunology, enabling me to address poultry production challenges from both applied and mechanistic perspectives.
My expertise spans multi-omics approaches, including microbiome analysis, metabolomics, and transcriptomics, as well as assessments of serum biochemical and antioxidant systems. My research has particularly focused on gut health, growth performance, and meat quality, using probiotics and mycotoxin adsorbents. In addition, I have worked on phytomedicine strategies to mitigate mycotoxicosis, combining in silico drug development with experimental validation.
I am highly experienced in molecular and analytical techniques, including qPCR, ELISA, and Western blotting, and I am comfortable working with animal models in both laboratory and applied production settings.
I am particularly interested in contributing to poultry nutrition, feed innovation, and animal health programs in Saudi Arabia, where I can support industry advancement and food security initiatives while continuing to grow through collaboration with leading experts.
