Responsibilities
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
Handle calls, emails, and administrative coordination
Maintain proper filing and document control
Assist management with day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with clients and external parties professionally
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Previous experience in administration or secretarial work is an advantage
