issues, internal and external NCR logs.

approved ITP (E.g.: Receipt Inspection, Installation Inspection, Site Acceptance Tests)
• Prepare and update summary log report of work inspection (RFI) and material inspection (RMI).
• Conducting internal pre-inspection meetings to involved personnel in different discipline to discuss
inspection procedures ITP and other issues as per contractor and client inspection requirements.

incorporated to their system on a daily basis and can be traced according to our requirement.
• Control all Non-Conformance reports and ensure approved corrective action is taken.
• Ensure that the site execution work is done as per the approved and coordinated shop drawings.
Keeping client and consult engineers in regular contact and updating them on the progress and
production of the work.

• Execute Installation, testing and commissioning of switchgear and transformers

• Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning.
• Coordinate with contractor for the entire inspection activities at site to fabricate smooth flow of
inspection activities at site.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test
results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent
materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-
conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety
environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the
project.

• Attending walkthroughs and weekly meetings with the construction team & PMC team.
