Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to uphold our service standards.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage daily costs to meet budgetary targets.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively engage with guests and resolve any service-related issues to ensure a positive dining atmosphere.
Requirements
• Nationality: Indian preferred.
• Visa Status: Must hold a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under pressure.
Compensation & Terms
• Salary Range: 3,000 – 4,000 SAR (commensurate with experience).
